To get to Sewaren Generating Station, follow directions to 751 Cliff Road; if you are coming from the Parkway, you will not be able to access the plant from School Street. Take West Avenue to Debra Place, then make a left onto Cliff Road. Make your first right at the PSEG Sewaren Generating Plant sign.

Interested in learning more about the electric industry? RCNJ is proud to offer an exclusive tour of PSEG's Sewaren generating and switching stations. We will first meet at Sewaren to learn about the fossil generating business, and to take a tour of a 558MW natural gas plant. We will then take a tour of Sewaren Switchyard to learn how power leaves the generating station and makes it way onto the transimission grid. After the tour, we will have lunch in Woodbridge. Space is limited to 15 attendees; RSVPing is mandatory for security reasons.
