“Social Selling Yourself: Building Your Professional Image”
The Hudson Mohawk Alumni Chapter hosted a program on April 8, 2014 to assist alumni in advancing their careers by enhancing their professional image through social media.
“Social Selling Yourself: Building Your Professional Image” Presentation by Phil Lurie ’74 discusses how to use the latest tools to put your best foot forward to make the right impression. Phil Lurie, a former Rensselaer Alumni Association board member, is currently a Senior Director at SAP, his focus is on improving its Sales team's ability to reach clients who will benefit from our Cloud technology, HANA on-board database hardware and evolving mobile solutions. As part of the Global Customer Operations Sales Tools and Technology team he developed a portfolio of mobile applications to support our internal customers.

Hudson Mohawk Retirees Group
For over a decade, the Hudson Mohawk Retirees Group has been a vital sub-group of the Hudson Mohawk Chapter. The group coordinates six events per year, three in the spring and three in the fall. The events are usually behind-the-scenes tours of manufacturing, industrial plants, and businesses, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.
